Carnival Cruise Lines deploys interactive digital signage

"Three vessels operated by Carnival Cruise Lines -- the Carnival Miracle and Carnival Valor, as well as the new 110,000-ton Carnival Liberty -- have installed Actalyst digital signage from Smart Technologies.

"Each ship has around four 42-inch plasma screens, said Smart, customised with its touch-sensitive overlay.

"Content at present is purely informational, mixing unchanging material such as deck plans with variable details of onboard events and ports visited, updated in real time by crew."
